Panel discussion: Can the industry retain creativity at scale in a fragmented media landscape?

Tracy spent the first part of her career working for a variety of media organisations on numerous high profile launches including the launch of Channel 5; bringing Sex and the City and The Ali G Show to Channel 4; promoting the biggest ever webcast of its time – Madonna Live on the Internet at MSN and then returning to Channel 4 to launch long-form video on demand in the UK. She later moved to Hearst Magazines to set up a number of new businesses for Good Housekeeping before taking over as CEO of the Jewish Chronicle for several years. Tracy then made a radical switch into Fintech and FS and was the launch Marketing Director for Monzo. She is currently Group Marketing Director of the AA.
